A Bylaw to amend Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108 1993

The Municipal Council of the Village of Anmore in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1.     This bylaw maybe cited as "Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Amendment Bylaw No. 121 1994".

2.     That Clause 4 of Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108 1993 be deleted entirety and that the following shall be substituted therefore.

4.     (a) That areas outlined in red on Schedule "A" shall be "No Parking" on weekends and all statutory holidays from May 1st to October 1st inclusive.
        (b) That areas outlined in green on Schedule "A" shall be "No Parking" on every day of each and every year.

2.    THAT Clause 4 of the Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108-1993 be deleted entirety and that the following shall be substituted
       therefore.
4.  (a)    That areas outlined in red on Schedule "A" shall be "No Parking" on weekends and all Statutory Holidays from May 1st to October 1st inclusive.
     (b)    That areas outlined in green on Schedule "A" shall be "No Parking" on every day of each and every year.

2.     That Schedule "A" be deleted in its entirety and substituted therefore with the attached Schedule "A".

2.     That Schedule "A" be deleted in its entirety and substituted therefore with the attached Schedule "A". 

(Amendment Bylaw 258-1999)
2.     That “Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108-1993” be amended by adding Clause 5 as follows:
        “That parking on the pathways throughout the Village is not permitted at anytime.”
3.     That Schedule “A” of “Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108-1993” be deleted in its entirety and substituted therefore with the
        attached Schedule “A”.

2.     That Schedule “A” of “Anmore Parking Regulation and Enforcement Bylaw No. 108-1993” be deleted in its entirety and substituted therefore with the
        attached Schedule “A”.
